AmiLife® De-Oiled Sunflower Lecithin Powder Non-GMO IP (Food Grade)
Lecithin from which oil is removed leaving a high concentration of phospholipids in a powder form. A natural source of essential fatty acids. Deoiled lecithin generally acts as emulsifier and instantizer. As instantizer, it improves wetting properties of powder used in drinks and enhances dispensability of hydrophilic and lipophilic components. A natural product which does not contain additives or preservatives. Can be used as dust controller and exhibits good solubility properties.

AmiLife De-Oiled Sunflower Lecithin Non-GMO conforms EU regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003 free from GMOdeclaration and conforms Commission Regulation(EU) No 231/2012 of 9March2012 (E322) & Codex Aliment Arius Lecithin (322(i) Emulsifier Lecithin. According to the EC-directions 96/77 Lecithin (No.E322) is a generally permitted additive for the use in food and feed, Lecithin is Gras additive approved in EU and USA.
Amilife De-Oiled Sunflower Lecithin has shelf life minimum 24 months from the date of manufacture if retained in original packing away from direct sunlight, moisture and air. Recommended Storage at ambient temperature (16 32˚C).
